ANDRES RIVADENEIRA
Andres is ambitious and unrelenting, both in his personal life and when representing his clients. Real estate provides him with the opportunity to think outside the box and obtain outstanding results for his clients.

Andres’ career in real estate began at Trinity Development Group as part of their investments team, where he underwrote over $1.5 Billion of condominium and multifamily development projects. His passion for residential real estate led him to his role as a Real Estate Agent where he takes pride in delivering only the highest level of service to his clients.

In addition to his work in real estate, Andres is passionate about fitness, and regularly trains and competes in local CrossFit competitions. Previously an elite level gymnast, in 2015 Andres was a member of the Canadian National Gymnastics Team.

IBETH RIVADENEIRA
Ibeth brings a financially grounded, methodical perspective to real estate, shaped by decades of experience in finance, credit, and risk assessment.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Before entering real estate, Ibeth worked in finance and credit underwriting, where she evaluated lending risk and structured financial decisions within highly regulated environments — insight that allows her to guide clients through transactions with clarity and confidence.

Having immigrated to Canada from Colombia with her husband and two children in 2004, Ibeth brings a strong appreciation for long-term planning and thoughtful decision-making. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Hermann, and their German shepherd–lab mix, Zac.
